Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains how Ryan Banfield, an Australian sole trader operating the website ryanbanfield.com.au, handles personal information received through the website and related enquiries.

What information is collected

When you submit the contact form, you may provide your name, work email address, company, phone number and any information you include in your message. If you contact me by email, I also receive the information you send.

How information is used

I use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss requested services, prepare proposals where relevant, and manage any subsequent business relationship. I do not sell your contact details.

Services that process information

Contact forms are processed using Web3Forms and delivered to my Zoho Mail inbox. The website is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site, such as IP addresses and request information. These service providers may process or store data outside Australia. Their handling of information is subject to their own privacy practices.

Storage and security

I take reasonable steps to restrict access to enquiry information and protect the systems used to handle it. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, relevant records or applicable legal obligations, and then deleted when no longer required.

Access, corrections and questions

To ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email ryan@ryanbanfield.com.au. I will review your request and respond within a reasonable period, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

Updates

This policy may be updated as the website, service providers or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
